E. Bid Bond
F. Bid Proposal Form
G. Contract Agreement
H. Performance Bond
I. Payment Bond
J. General Conditions
K. Technical Specifications:

1. Special Conditions
2. Tank Repairs
3. Tank Painting
4. Disinfection & Hydro Testing
5. Detailed Fabrication/Installation Drawings
6. Hazardous Waste On-Site Treatment & Disposal (if required)
NOTE: Each section of the technical specifications and drawings will
be prepared to comply will all current laws, codes, standards, rules,
regulations, etc. applicable to this project.

L. Engineer's Phase I Detailed Inspection Report
M. Any other miscellaneous contract documents as required and furnished by the OWNER.

Our PHASE II services will also include:
1. Assist in establishing a Bid Date.
2. Notify a selected list of qualified water tank repair and painting
contractors in writing of the upcoming project.
3. Answer all administrative and technical questions during the Pre-Bid period.
4. Attend the Bid Opening, provide a tabulation of bids received, verify the
three low bidders' qualifications, make a recommendation for contract award,
and provide notification of award to the successful bidder.
5. Provide assistance to the OWNER in executing all required Contract Documents. >>Phase III
